Our Smoker Collection
A common component in Germany’s Christmas tradition, incense smokers (Räuchermann) were the invention of toy makers in the Ore Mountains around 1850 and used to burn down cone incense, known as Räucherkerzchen. The incense burns down inside of the hollow figurine. The smoke leaves the mouth hole of the Räuchermann, bringing the smoker figurine to life; providing a pleasant, drifting aroma throughout the room. Because of their uniqueness and diversity, these German smokers make a great gift for the hard-to-buy-for person for any occasion and are 100 percent handmade.
