Shipping & Returns


Standard shipping rates apply within the continental United States and are calculated at the time of check-out.
At this time we only ship within the United States.


All our items (for example our incense smokers) are traditionally made and often composed of small parts that are glued to the ornament. Unfortunately in some cases some of these parts might fall off during transport and handling. We recommend to use a little glue (as used for wood or paper) to provide the "medical attention" necessary. In case of more serious damage or issues with our products, please contact us at so we can resolve the issue quickly. We thank you for your business and hope you enjoy the various Traditions from Germany as much as we do.


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we would ask that you contact us at to arrange the return. Include the purchase order number and your full name in the correspondence.

We will provide you with a return order number RO# to track the return process.

Once you have the return order, please place the item in its original factory packaging and pack in a suitable shipping container. Write the return order number on the packing slip, together with your name and address. Unfortunately we do not accept the shipping cost unless we delivered the wrong item to you. We recommend that you insure your shipment as we cannot accept responsibility for lost items or transport damage.

Once we receive your shipment we will inspect it and refund the purchase price. Please be aware that we cannot refund your purchase if the item is damaged, used or otherwise unsellable.

Your refund will be processed through the credit card you used for the purchase. Please allow for some days to process the refund.

We would ask that you please indicate any issue with our shipment within 7 business days upon receipt of the delivery.

All purchases become final after 30 days of shipment date.
